The managers of this branch should try harder to hire more staff and not make us customers wait so long. I think this bank receives a lot of money to hire more staff and improve its service. They are very stingy in investing to provide better service and quality.

Hire more bank tellers. Have to wait 27 mins to make it up to the counter every single time at this terribly managed bank. Start staffing appropriately. The entire line walked out behind me, as they were also frustrated and had no more time to lose. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will bring my banking elsewhere
