“Puma is my new favorite brand. Their sneakers are so comfortable and low price. They always have great deals on their shirts. I was able to purchase sweatpants that were 60% and 70% off. The woman’s grey legging and matching shirt I purchased for the fall are so cute. Manager was really upset at her staff for talking she screamed across the floor to get there attention. You can tell the frustration she had towards the younger staff while trying to run a busy packed store through thunderstorm.”
“When you enter, you may be surprised by the number of Turkish shoppers. His efforts to present a model to his acquaintances in Turkey by visiting the store with his phone camera and making interviews caught my attention. Of course, I can't condemn them because I do the same thing :)”

“Be ready for A lot of walking. Very scenic if you arrive in the day time. Bring your babies in their strollers, ample bottles of water and probably a snack. There is food available but everything is pricey, so keep that in mind. Great mall for very nice high end pieces.”

“I'm a sucker for Arc'teryx, whenever I go to Woodbury, this is the store that I'm most excited about. I've bought ski pants here and a winter jacket. Somehow I've been lucky enough to find my size, or in some cases, it used to be big...but then I grew into it :'). In my most recent visit, the staff was very kind to help me check in the back to see if they had my size for a jacket I was interested in. They also entertained my "which color should i get" first world dilemma. I ended up getting a jacket for over 50% off what it currently retails for. The items are still quite pricey, but when you find a great deal, you find a great deal.”

“I absolutely adore the New Balance Factory Store at Woodbury Commons and must get photos next time. I was so enthralled by their inventory, I forgot! In any event, the store is jam packed with all varieties of on trend New Balance sneakers, most at solid discounts. Be sure to look at the extra discounted racks along the back wall; often those items are an additional 30-40% off. Amazing bargains! In addition to their fantastic selection, I wanted to compliment their customer service. I saw a pair of joggers I really liked but didn't see my size. Diane who was working the register asked if she could help. She came out and looked and looked. She too could not find a pair in my size. But she said: not to worry; she could check stock at other New Balance stores. She sourced a pair for me and had them shipped to me. FOR FREE! That is A+ customer service! Thank you, Diane!”
“First time shopper at this Brand. My father requested some items from this store for Christmas. The location is huge and they do have a smaller store next door for kids. I ended purchasing a gift card to many options to choose from but sales associate at the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable made my transaction easy.”

“This location gives me vibes. First and foremost the store is nice and big providing for the whole family. Service is wonderful my cashier helped me so much with my items. Letting me know if it wasn't on sale and showed me we're other items I might want for a cheaper price. They had a great book bag deal for school that if you purchased one you get 10% on each item you purchased. Definitely will be shopping here again.”
“Staff are excellent here, friendly and helpful. The selection does seem to be hit or miss - I got in when they opened and found a few things I liked, but I would imagine later in the day most of the good stuff is picked over. Prices are 30-70% below retail depending on item.”

“Over the years I have traveled over 50 minutes to this store. They have the best soccer gear around. The owner takes such pride in his store and goes out of his way to help with your needs.”
