Even if they don’t know, they will look with you and help you find what you need. If you’re listening ‘corporate’-all of these fine people deserve a raise! “I went there with a tiny bolt from my canopy while we were camping I lost one of the little nuts from the bolt on a pivot point. I showed it to a man at the counter he took me back to his bolt & nut bins and they were expansive. I couldn't believe all the hardware they have. And this was a metric nut that was very tiny I don't remember the size. It looks like they have everything that you could need to put something together. I was very happy I didn't have to buy a new canopy because of one little tiny nut missing.”
“Shawn (or maybe Sean…sp?) in the hardware department is excellent. He helped me cut a huge ginormous piece of plexiglass this afternoon and did so all by himself, while sweating, due to how huge the piece was. But he didn’t complain, and didn’t quit until the job was done. Hey Lowe’s… this dude is a keeper and honestly deserves a raise. Some of your other employees seem a little lost and almost clueless, with a shrug and giant question mark on their face when a customers ask for assistance. But not Sean! (and or possibly “Shawn”, not sure… didn’t see his name tag!). Also, I lost my receipt or I’d call and give a gleaming 10/10 star review.”
