I walked in a barely needed to explain the situation and they moved mountains to make sure I had a car. This isn't the first time I've rented a car here but last time I had a car reserved and everything went as expected. Last night I didn't know what to expect and they pulled through for me. “Wonderful service was picked up from the Airport 5 min after arrival. They helped load my luggage into the pick up van which was very clean had AC provided cold water. Drivers were very nice and courteous. Check in at desk took 10min. Vehicle was ready. Hopped right in and started my vacay! Return was easy pulled up to return lane which takes you right inside got out and jumped in the van that took us back to the Airport which was a 10 min ride. Excellent car rental company service was spectacular. I recommend! Just wish the vehicle was wiped down a little more I had Clorox wipes which helped other than that no complaints!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. And for that we are forever and truly Grateful for his excellent hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything.”
