“I would recommend Enterprise to everyone. Customer service was very friendly with no questions asked. You receive a nice clean car that even smells great. I received my deposit back into my checking account just as they said. I would rent again if needed”
“Used them twice. Most affordable for people without a lot of money who need it vehicle for a few days. Vehicle was mostly clean and in good shape. Only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t want you out to go more than 100 miles away from their business and one of my occasional recreational places was a 104 miles, but other than the 100 mile conditions I would definitely recommend them”

“Wonderful service was picked up from the Airport 5 min after arrival. They helped load my luggage into the pick up van which was very clean had AC provided cold water. Drivers were very nice and courteous. Check in at desk took 10min. Vehicle was ready. Hopped right in and started my vacay! Return was easy pulled up to return lane which takes you right inside got out and jumped in the van that took us back to the Airport which was a 10 min ride. Excellent car rental company service was spectacular. I recommend! Just wish the vehicle was wiped down a little more I had Clorox wipes which helped other than that no complaints!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. And for that we are forever and truly Grateful for his excellent hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything.”
