    Always a great experience. I have always selected my reservation directly throught Watertown Hertz website and never had a problem. The staff is great and professional. I will always rent from them.

    Cars are dirty as hell when you get them and don’t expect them to clear the snow off your car. You’ll have to do it yourself. Also be careful entering or exiting the office. I slipped on my way out and almost blew my knee out.
