I had colors picked out by another brand & she was able to mix them for me. She was very efficient, friendly, helpful & prompt. I was in & out within minutes plus she made sure all the sale discounts were applied to my bill. Excellent experience.”
“I have been dealing with Whites for over 45 years now. It warms me to think of the days when Roger and Brad and Sarah and Ted were always there and ready to help from the counter to the yard and beyond.
It is still much like the original Whites today, other than the family atmosphere that once was their trademark. The counter people of today are still great and are always there to take care of customers, treating us like we are valued friends. Many customers are still loyal patrons after generations of shopping there. My only concern is that the dynamics have changed in a way that does not cultivate the same kind of loyalty from customers. Still a 5/5 for me though.”
