“I've yet to find an Ace store that is not helpful and knowledgeable. I did a pick up order; the app was easy to use, the items I wanted were in stock and 2 very nice young men brought them out to me. I recommend this Ace.”
“We were met by the sweetest and most friendly employee, Barnabus. He was working the register and immediately struck up a light conversation. My husband and I were visiting from Ontario and had never been to HF. I'm sad to say that we witnessed an unfriendly and aggressive exchange from a female employee toward him. I'm sad to think that if he's treated like that in front of store patrons, I can't imagine what goes on behind closed doors. He made us feel welcome and encouraged us to visit again. We found what we needed and were happy overall with how clean and well stocked the store was. We will return.”

“Went in yesterday to get paint for my daughter's nursery and my son's room, they were short staffed due to an employee having to leave for an appointment, however one employee went above and beyond with his customer service, he jumped right in to help and not only assisted me with my paint but he also cashed me out and carried all my paint right out to my car for me, super friendly staff, and over all a great experience!”

I am located in Texas so I was highly disappointed that it was not received long story short I called the store and the assistant manager helped tremendously sent one of their lowe’s drivers out by the name of Blaine L which has served himself and knew exactly what to do he reached out to me and let me know he was in his way.
