“The only reason I’m giving a 5 star it’s because AT&T guy Wael was incredible. He helped us with all brand new phones and bared with us a lot. We are not techie people so we needed his help. And he did not let us down. We got new service and we switched from Verizon. We have a cheaper bill now and faster service as well as all new phones. 10/10 he is the best!!”

“After a very annoying 4.5 hours dealing with customer service and billing via telephone this morning, and being given the run around over an online order I placed that nobody was able to find or give me any info on, I walked into this store incredibly frustrated.It took the guys two seconds to find the order and let me know what was going on and attempt to help me. While I did not end up with the device I wanted to purchase, and am a little frustrated that the online rep gave me some bad information, the employees at the Holt Rd store were great!Edited: I have since found out that the financing issues were due to someone I spoke to on the phone voiding a payment but not my order, so my account appeared to be over my financing limit. However, with the order canceled, I should have been back UNDER my financing limit and able to make the purchase. So just a fail all the way around. I still rate the store 5 stars because they couldn't possibly know the entire rigamarole that was done to my account before I got to them.”

“Long time 5 amp DCC system owner (very helpful with chip upgrade earlier) , recent years added PowerCab to work mostly at bench and club. Very happy with system and even their reliable non-sound decoders. Working with the incredible JMRI software adds lots of time saving and powerful features too. Local club also happy with system and I'm looking forward to using much more now in full retirement. Living in MI but missing my D&H, G&J & Battenkill RR.”
