“The employees at this Post Office are the absolute best. They are courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and they care about their customers. In the span of 2 1/2 years in Webster, I lived in two different places and got married and changed my name. We just recently moved to Florida. A few days ago, I received an envelope from the Webster Post Office containing mail addressed to me with my old name from my last address. The change of address I put in was for my married name, but the postal workers in Webster were on top of it and forwarded the mail to me here in Florida. “Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing. I don't use USPS often but will gladly go back to this location since he made me feel very comfortable and understanding. Thank you Will. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.”

“I come to this post office regularly to mail packages or pick up packages that requires signature.I’ve always had a great experience and I’ve always been treated cordially and professionally.I come here to renew passports for myself and my family and they have been very helpful with that too.Passport day is crazy... get ready for a long line, but the staff at the post office always take it with a great smile, fee cookies and coffe.”
