“The customer service here was phenomenal, from the minute I walked in I was greeted. I was asked 2-3 times if I was finding everything okay. The store was clean, organized and felt very comfortable. The tall guy (I believe to be one of the managers) was very helpful, knowledgeable and took his time in helping me find arch fit shoes, snow boots and shoe polish. This kind gentleman even helped me put on the shoes (I just had surgery not too long ago) that was super helpful. I even signed up for their rewards program, the cashier was so sweet, patient and had a great sense of humor. I will most likely tell my family and friends about this store and my experience. Plus it was my fist time ever coming to this store, and it won’t be my last.”
