We had a wonderful experience at this post office today, Eileen was very friendly and knowledgeable and a joy to work with. While there, we witnessed a not so nice customer, Lisa at the counter handled this person calmly and professionally and remained kind and collected.
Overall a great visit to the post office!

I have slways had a good experience at the Webster Post Office. They are always very accommodating and helpful if I'm having an issue which is very rare but when it happens they are on top of it and I definitely appreciate that!

Omg that was fantastic, it seemed like they were all actually happy to be there. Smiling and helpful. I would definitely come to this PO again. Great job yall.
