Michelle went above and beyond, driving to East Aurora, to bring a Buick Envision to Williamsville, so we could compare the Equinox side by side with the Envision. She was so patient with us, going over every detail and answering every question. And then, Michelle spent more than an hour teaching us how to maneuver all the new technology. If anyone is looking for a new Chevy go to West Herr. The experience couldn't have been better.”

Ok, to continue, this was my second time to Ross Service, my wife could hear a rattle that I couldn’t and air pressure in one tire wouldn’t clear no matter how much I put in it. They found the rattle and found that a prior tire rotation didn’t reset the pressure readings. Took care of the problem and hardly charged me. Not always about the price, they genuinely care about their customers, the cost is nice too! Thank you”

Andy and Tucker took great care of me it cost $343.00 imagine that. It works perfectly. They provided an Uber to come to shop to pick up my vehicle. They were professional in every aspect of this endeavor. I can’t wait to tell my family and friends to make sure they go to Cleveland-Hill.”
