“Jessica was absolutely AWESOME!!! For some strange reason my car that I bought brand new from west Herr didn't have a spare underneath. It had all the housing but no tire. I never knew until I needed it. So when I went in for service and mentioned it to Jessica, she got right on it and found a spare for my 2017!! She had it within a week. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank You again Jessica for your excellent customer service.”
“First time visit to Amton and everything was smooth! In my opinion Amton uses a great system which allows the customer to approve or deny repairs right from the phone. Repairs are explained in great detail, leaving nothing to question and if you have a question Amton is easy to reach by phone or text and response time is fast! I dropped my vehicle off the day prior and the vehicle was serviced and repaired early the following day. Amton was great and I highly recommend!”

Note: get an appointment- they really try to work with you. Small 3-4 seat waiting area, but close to restaurants, plaza shopping, and library if you chose to wait and not drop off for service.”

“Running a clinic on customer service! After dealing with an exhausting weeks-long runaround at a local dealership regarding my 2015 F-150’s transmission issues, I brought my truck to CarFix.
From the second I walked in, they actually listened to me instead of brushing me off and following some corporate SOP. They walked me through their process, explained the exact diagnostics they were running, and were completely transparent about everything. Instead of trying to upsell an expensive computer replacement like the dealer did, they dropped the transmission pan, confirmed the lead frame was the problem and replaced it efficiently.
My truck is running absolutely perfectly now. Finding a shop with this level of honesty, technical skill, and genuine customer care is rare.”

“I waited for the oil change. They performed all services. Topped off all fluids, rotated tires, and inflated them. Put in special oil. I had an appointment and the car was taken in within 10 minutes and was done before hour was over. The 9 year old suv sounded great and rode smoothly on full tires. Everything checked out okay.I received a written explanation of services performed. Thank you.”
