“I had asked if someone would be willing to set up a viewing for a used car I was interested in, by driving from Lockport to a local West Herr dealership in Rochester. Nobody raised an eyebrow. They were all about making sure I was a happy customer.
Preliminary paperwork was processed and price was decided upon before they drove it out to Rochester so they could leave the car with me if I was interested in the sale. They didn’t want to add a bunch of extra miles if there was no need.
My husband and I have been looking occasionally over the last year. I knew what I wanted. My Honda selection was everything I wanted and more. I had Garrett Wright as my salesman and he made this the simplest transaction I have ever had when related to an automobile sale.
So far I’m highly impressed with West Herr.

Got a new pair within the hour at a great price- the guys there are super chill and helpful, they were taking every phone call and had great customer service. These guys are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. From inspections to oil changes, new tires to new transmissions, these guys are tops! You won't regret having your vehicles serviced here! Note: get an appointment- they really try to work with you. Small 3-4 seat waiting area, but close to restaurants, plaza shopping, and library if you chose to wait and not drop off for service.”
