βWhat a breath of fresh air this place is. I have been looking for a go-to mechanic since moving to the area about 10 years ago. It should not take that long to find a capable, trustworthy mechanic, it really shouldnβt. But itβs been a combination of shady garages and more establishment chains that *always* find βemergencyβ needs for the vehicles that must be addressed immediately (to the tune of thousands of dollars, even with haggling).
I needed an oil change and state inspection, and thatβs exactly what I got. No hassle, professional and personable, itβs a hidden gem as far as Iβm concerned. I look forward to continue doing business with them.β

β*****10 STARS***** BEST MERCEDES & PORSCHE MECHANICS!!! GO HERE & NOT the dealer!!! This shop does amazing work and cost is reasonable. As a woman, I am very hesitant to go to mechanics by myself. If you are looking for an amazing mechanic go to this shop. I highly recommend them. The dealers are too expensive and they tend to rip you off. My vehicle is a 2012 Mercedes and it is running like new. Go to Ro Ro to fix your vehicle and you will not be disappointed. I don't give many reviews but I feel obligated to give one. They are FANTASTIC!!β

βCame in at 9am on a Saturday with front brakes needing to be replaced. Angel priced it out for me before starting work and had it done by 1:30pm. Excellent customer service and repair job even last minute.β
βHighly recommend this shop theyβve replaced my CVT transmission and my cars been driving better than the day I got it! Feels way more responsive. Chris is very knowledgeable about cars and diagnosed that my CVT was mildly slipping without a check engine light on my dash!β

βAnthony of Glenville Shell is my new mechanic! WHY pay exorbitant dealership prices? Glenville Shell (he) personally checked everything out with my X3 and all that was needed was a simple oil change..He also fit me in later than expected today. Heβs accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable. All my settings on the car read GREEN now!! (Yay!) I know this guy for ONE day and I felt like he was family. THATβS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS..!! βI highly recommend this location. I think going to any auto shop is intimidating for women, but that was not the case at all! I had an amazing experience here. The staff is genuine and kind and took the time to explain to me potential concerns about my car. I was able to get right in the same day for an inspection.β
βWhen I pulled in to the gas station, first thing I noticed, besides how small it was, was that it was very clean with bright lights. I was the only one fueling at the time so I was in and out. Prices were decent on average.β
βI would give them 10 stars if I could. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I came to them with an old work van that I thought couldn't be cleaned. They made it look like new. Joey did an incredible job and I highly recommend.β

Mike did an amazing job with my car, had it back to me in no time at all and my car feels like new again. βSo, my son has a four-hour drive to college and was uncertain about how roadworthy his car was since he had been given a list of problems the last time he had it serviced. Charlie was amazing: he checked it out for him the same day (on the house) and told him that most of the problems on the list were "bull". It's so hard to get no-nonsense information about anything anymore, and I felt like I had stepped thirty years into the past when customer service really meant something. This is my new favorite spot for gas, inspections, etc.β
βSIlvio did a very good job at a reasonable price on some body work and, more recently, gave me advice after a dealer recommended very extensive work. I trust Silvio as an honest mechanic.β
βThe manager goes above and beyond to assist you in anyway he could and make your stay comfortable and his team is also friendly, nice and courteous I wouldnβt recommend anybody to go and stay here.β
βThis is one of the best auto shops Iβve been to in the Bronx. The staff is professional, honest, and consistent. As a woman, going to car shops can sometimes feel intimidating, you worry about being taken advantage of but I have never felt that way here. Iβve come to this shop for several different services, including fixing my door handle and lock, oil changes, and other repairs, and every experience has been positive. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and if I ask them to check something, theyβre more than willing to drive the car around the block to make sure everything is right. I truly appreciate their integrity and customer care and would confidently recommend this place to anyone.β

βOssining on the Briarcliff side have minimal store/gas stations and this place is home raised and you can tell by how they take care of there clients. i thought i left something and they went out their way to review the camera. later on i found out that it fell out in my trunk, which was a relief but just to know that they're willing to go through video to help me is so sincere and kind. Great local shop for your home needs and great price on gas. Thank you JFLβ

βLove getting all the essentials needed for home from food to bathroom supplies The proce on Bustelo coffee is over 20.00 and that's outrageous. Come on Costco there's no need for that price increase.β

βOn Friday 5/26/2023 I pulled into Sam's to gas up my rental car. I went to throw out an empty bottle and when I shut the door I had locked the keys with my wallet and phone in the car. The car was right in front of the pumps and I knew that this was not going to be good. Sam's is a full service station and Sam and all his employees showed me what service really means. No anger, no attitude and thank goodness no judgement, the guys helped me try and call Hertz and Sam tried to open the car door. The car was in front of the pumps for over an hour and a half but no one got upset. They kept trying to help me in anyway they could.I want to not just thank them all for their kindness, but also want to let anyone in the area of the Westchester County Airport in NY know that if you need gas or any service for your car, Sam and his guys showed me that this was the place to go.Thank you again.β
