Mike Sperduto amazingly can take care of several customers with none of them sitting and waiting endlessly..on the contrary, the customer has his undivided attention and he solves their issues swiftly with ease and even a joyful attitude. And he educates the customer at the same time! Getting ready to go to Paris, I had purchased an iPhone 15 for over $1,000.00 elsewhere. When I went to this Verizon, Mike got me an iPhone 16, brand new release, for only $200 as I qualified for the $1000 rebate/turn in old phone. And I got a refund from the other place.
