“Had a minor accident. The casing around the driver side mirror popped off. I took it in and put the casing on the counter during check in. They said is that the only damage and I said yes. They were able to put the casing back and said I was set. Thank you very much for your help.”

“I have been here for collision work a couple times in the past and the work was spot-on. This time, I came in for minor touch up to scratches on my finish. I expected to get an estimate, but he just took my car to the shop and buffed the scratches out right then and there- and then said it would be no charge! Amazed this level of service still exists anywhere!”

“From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and introduced to an altruist. Javier’s genuine kindness and overall knowledge immediately had my attention. As we created my wish list, he provided what felt like a miracle. Together, we found what would work for me and my family. You’d think the incredible customer service would stop there...nope! I was then introduced to Elisabeth. We laughed and shared stories, and I almost forgot why I was there because the atmosphere was so relaxing and serene. Elisabeth and Javier went above and beyond for my family and me, and I wanted to share my experience. Had I known this was the level of customer service and a one-stop shop for all your needs, I would’ve started here first. Garber Honda, I’m forever grateful. You’re now the only dealership I’ll refer and utilize. Thank you!”

“I was in a major pickle with my tire and had stopped at a few places for help, but no one was able to do anything. It was almost 5:00 p.m., and I called Corby’s hoping they might be able to help, even though they were closing in about 10 minutes. They could have easily said no, especially since they don’t even specialize in tires, but instead they went out of their way to help me. That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant a lot. Actions speak louder than words, and they earned my trust that day. If I ever need body work, Corby’s will absolutely be getting my business. Thank you all so much for your kindness and for helping me out when you didn’t have to!”

“What a wonderful dealership experience! We had a great experience at Volvo Cars Rochester. The welcoming person was so helpful. Our salesperson, Elijah, was so knowledgeable about the vehicle (which has so many unique advantages, including Chiropractic approved seats!). No pressure on anything that we weren't interested in. The completion of the sale with Ruby and Elijah was easy, flexible, straightforward. We are very happy. Cole, the tech person, spent a lot of time with us, explaining how the tech works and setting it up for us. I can't imagine buying a Volvo from a non Volvo dealer - there's so much to know. If you're considering a Volvo purchase, this is the place to go.”

“They don't make 'em like Tony anymore! Tony is the real deal. I've been fortunate in that I never needed a body shop until now. I decided to go with Tony's after reading rave reviews. I felt overwhelmed at the prospect of filing a claim with my insurance, but Tony made the process easy and straightforward. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain what I needed to do at each step of the way. I had damage to the trunk and also needed some frame repairs. The trunk opens and closes better now than when I bought the car new ten years ago. Tony even took the time to give the interior a once-over and salvage one of the stickers off my bumper. When he realized he needed to check my plate lights after I'd already picked up the car, he called me back and asked me to come in. And it's a good thing he did, one of the bulbs was out! He very quickly replaced it on the spot. I was really impressed at how he called to make it right when he just as easily could have let that last check go and moved on to the next job. The whole experience felt personal and professional. Spreading the word to all my friends and family for sure. If I ever need a body shop again, Tony's is the only place I'll go. Thank you for your fantastic work and service, and being a great member of the community.”

“They've been great and even though replacing my engine was beyond my price point I happily sold the car to them to give her more life. Very great team and trustworthy place. Many customers I saw come on while I waited a little were the type that are very hesitant to let certain places work on their cars so I knew I was in good company.”
