“Had a minor accident. The casing around the driver side mirror popped off. I took it in and put the casing on the counter during check in. They said is that the only damage and I said yes. They were able to put the casing back and said I was set. Thank you very much for your help.”

“I have been here for collision work a couple times in the past and the work was spot-on. This time, I came in for minor touch up to scratches on my finish. I expected to get an estimate, but he just took my car to the shop and buffed the scratches out right then and there- and then said it would be no charge! Amazed this level of service still exists anywhere!”

“I’ve been to Morris auto twice for different things and I’ve been pleased both times. I appreciate their platform they use to approve the repairs and cost, and I respect the way they explain what the repair is. They educate you and do not push you to get repairs that are not urgent or immediately necessary. They are super friendly and accommodating and have completed work on my car the same day. If you ask for a quote, they provide one right away. I never thought I’d report that I like a mechanic shop, so this is your sign to pay them a visit!”

“Tim and his team did a phenomenal job on my car. Not only with the repair itself but also with working with the insurance company to make sure it was fully covered. I won’t take my car anywhere else!”

“I was in a major pickle with my tire and had stopped at a few places for help, but no one was able to do anything. It was almost 5:00 p.m., and I called Corby’s hoping they might be able to help, even though they were closing in about 10 minutes. They could have easily said no, especially since they don’t even specialize in tires, but instead they went out of their way to help me. That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant a lot. Actions speak louder than words, and they earned my trust that day. If I ever need body work, Corby’s will absolutely be getting my business. Thank you all so much for your kindness and for helping me out when you didn’t have to!”

“I used Palermo's because my insurance company recommended using them to fix some body damage. They did a great job on the repairs and did an even better job detailing the inside of my car. I would definitely recommend using Palermo's if you need some body work done on your vehicle.”

“They don't make 'em like Tony anymore! Tony is the real deal. I've been fortunate in that I never needed a body shop until now. I decided to go with Tony's after reading rave reviews. I felt overwhelmed at the prospect of filing a claim with my insurance, but Tony made the process easy and straightforward. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain what I needed to do at each step of the way. I had damage to the trunk and also needed some frame repairs. The trunk opens and closes better now than when I bought the car new ten years ago. Tony even took the time to give the interior a once-over and salvage one of the stickers off my bumper. When he realized he needed to check my plate lights after I'd already picked up the car, he called me back and asked me to come in. And it's a good thing he did, one of the bulbs was out! He very quickly replaced it on the spot. I was really impressed at how he called to make it right when he just as easily could have let that last check go and moved on to the next job. The whole experience felt personal and professional. Spreading the word to all my friends and family for sure. If I ever need a body shop again, Tony's is the only place I'll go. Thank you for your fantastic work and service, and being a great member of the community.”

“I have to start this by mentioning I’m from Long Island, specifically six / seven hours away by car / Amtrak and still made the effort to come out to Porsche / Audi Rochester. Not only were the features for the car I wanted right, but so was the price !! Molly made the process smooth, easy, and super transferable. Locally, I found that despite negotiating, I was being sold high mileage cars, or something way out of my price range. I felt like that shouldn’t be my problem / fault just because someone ran a red light, and totaled my car, and Garber did their best to work with me! Molly was absolutely amazing, and did the transaction with me through text. Everything even from Amtrak pick up was seamless! It had me wondering if maybe I should have upgraded further ;). The pick up for my dream car got even sweeter when I got the opportunity to meet Dan and Chris at the front desk. The most personable people work at every inch of Garber, and after such a traumatic experience with getting rammed into, and have to find and facilitate everything quickly, Garber, especially Molly made the biggest difference in getting this accomplished. I’ll never forget the six hour drive home to Long Island or the six hour amtrak up, and don’t regret it one bit. I got everything I wanted, and even things I didn’t expect! 10/10 recommend ☺🫶🏼”

“We had a great experience! We have a 2004 Newmar Dutch Star that had Diamond Shield on it from the factory. It was completely cracked from 20 years of service. We scheduled to have it replaced and we went to Elkhart Indiana. The tech was Boris he was GREAT, took the first day taking the old one off and the second day installing a new one. AFTER 20 YRS there was only one chip in the paint he touched it up and the New Diamond Shield looks like a new paint job! THANKS BORIS AND THE DIAMOND TEAM!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Cranes & best shop…After I hit a deer, I was stressed about how long my car would be out of commission, but they had it repaired and back to me in just a week and a half. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the deer damage, but they went above and beyond by painting my hood to take care of some scratches that weren’t even related to the accident. That kind of care and attention to detail really meant a lot to me. My car looks fantastic, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repairs!”

“Very nice staff. I brought in my car after the power steering went out and the mechanic didn't try to sell me on the expensive fix. He was honest and told me that it was a fix that costed more than the car and advised me to just drive it without power steering. Also invited me to bring any car I was buying over to him so he can tell me if it was a lemon.”
