“Have my truck towed in on Friday they tell me it’s a bad ECU… I break my balls to find the same exact ECU that came off the same exact truck. They put the new ECU on, they realize that it’s not the ECU that it’s another wire. Now if it had taken them hours to trace where the bad wire was to realize it wasn’t the ECU I wouldn’t be giving them one star… But they literally found it 10 minutes after putting the new ECU in they gave me a quote of 4/$6000 to fix the ECU yet it wasn’t the ECU Do better Post 1st review… If I could give 3 1/2 stars I would however, because I can’t, four stars… had a couple back-and-forth emails with Patrick the service manager. And come to find out he was the individual who worked on the truck. Not going to get into everything that was said through the emails, just still my only concern would be when you’re giving someone an estimate for 4/$6000. You need to be right. Patrick took responsibility, and owned up to the oversight. I respect this. It did cost 12 hours of time and an ECU that was never needed was purchased for 500, plus an additional 300+ dollars for the repair/diagnostic (which was wrong) still, the truck was repaired and we were on our way. I hope their business as well and they take a little bit more time diagnostic a truck before they give an estimate to fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed.”
