“The people here are great, especially Vinny! Went in yesterday with my young daughter who was unfortunately having a tough time and emotional unless I was holding her. Vinny was beyond patient as I was helping her calm down and helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Haven’t had as good of an experience from a salesman in a store in a long, long time. (He did beat me today in a half marathon though so minus 5% haha)”

“I've had my red wing boots for like 6 years and love them. The inner sole insert had gotten completely destroyed over the years. Went in today and bought the ortho inserts or whatever. Boots feel brand new. Arianna was a big help. They had three tiers of new inserts and i got the more expensive ones which were like $80 but there were options for $45”

“I had an amazing experience today with the help of store manager, Jose, at the Deer Park, NY Timberland location. I needed to do a return and exchange for a set of boots we purchased my fiancé for Christmas, and i was quite anxious ahead of time, knowing that at other retailers doing any sort of return/exchange can turn into a pretty big headache/hassle. However, Jose made the entire interaction as seamless as possible and treated me with understanding, kindness, and respect the entire time. He even located the new boots for me that i needed to purchase after the return was completed. I will absolutely be giving my business to this location going forward after such a wonderful interaction here. The staff clearly is trained very well! I was greeted within 60 seconds of entering the store in a very organic and pleasant way, and even had a lovely chat with whom i assume was the shift supervisor about the quality of Timberland’s boots and why we believe they’re such a great investment. 11/10 customer service here! Thank you all for making this customer so much more relaxed and at ease about making my return/exchange. It’s appreciated more than you can even imagine! =)”
“I must say Cassandra and her entire staff are the best. I’m from out of town here in NY doing a little shopping. I lost my debit card in the Reebok store. Cassandra and her entire staff made me feel like they lost their card. The amount of professional and personal care was above board. It’s refreshing in these uncertain times that the Reebok staff took time out to share my personal pain! From moving racks to viewing tape, I was pleasantly pleased with Cassandra and her staff. I understand why corporate has her in charge.
