“I rent from the Westwood, NJ office almost once a week for business. The entire staff in Westwood is always friendly helpful and accomidating all the time. I enjoy seeing the familiar faces all the time. The only downfall in enterprise, is not about the staff, it's about the general process of switching out management and staff and moving them around. Once I get familiar and build a good repor, Enterprise moves them to a new location. I feel consistancy in the staff helps the process go smoothly.”

Came in as a stranger, left feeling like a valued old friend.My usual new car dealer wrote up a lease loaded with extra charges and up front fees on a more expensive model than I usually drive, loaded with gadgets I would never want or use and blamed the off-the-wall price on the supply chain, the chip shortage, the virus, the vaccine, China, Congress and everyone else except his own dealership's greed.It took over a week but Joel found the car I wanted, without selling me options I didn't want or need. The monthly payment is higher than I was paying on the same model on my previous lease but $200 a month less than I almost paid before I heard about Leaseland, and no money down, just as I asked him to quote it.”

He was so nice and courteous - and when he saw how distressed I was that my charger wasn’t working in the car, he lent me an adapter. Really kind.
