“They have a very small selection of cassette tapes, but I was able to find the Brat (Charli XCX) album there! I was pleasantly surprised. There was a little bit of a markup, but I think it was worth not paying for shipping. Also, the store was playing Animal Crossing music, which was a plus. :D”
“I had such a positive experience at Old Navy thanks to the store manager, Carmen. She was helping me with my purchase while also managing a difficult situation with other customers who were being less than kind. Despite that, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly gracious. She never let the tension affect her customer service, and she made sure I felt taken care of the entire time. Her kindness and composure stood out, and it made my shopping experience much better.”
“If I could more than 5 stars I would. The items at Ardene are such good quality and the rewards program and in-store sales are amazing ( which I really appreciate in this economy)
But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it. “Gap is a classic clothing store for me. They always carry nice products and well known for quality and trendy clothes for everyone.Separate sections of the store for baby's, kids, and adults. Very good selection, nice and friendly staff members, perfect prices - picked up jeans and few other items - always fun”

“One of the most amazing stores in the mall. The staff is really attentive and willing to help you find what you want. There are so many interesting items to find, look at, and purchase. It is really cool how much pieces of jewelry there are for any part of the body in this store.”
“Hello! I've been a loyal Abercrombie customer since I was about 11 years old - I'm 28 now! I just wanted to thank you for the amazing customer service I received at your Palisades Mall location in Nyack, New York. I've never been asked for assistance in any of your locations, this was the first. Usually your employees are no where to be found when I need help, except from this experience. I used to work retail when I was in college and I learned a lot about customer service, which this store did great on. Your employee, Livron, had a lot of patience to help me find a pair of jeans. It's very difficult to find a pair of jeans for it's constant running back and forth to the fitting room. My boyfriend and I ended up spending about $500 from his exceptional customer service. We will be back at this location - please send our thank you to the district manager!”
“I got my favorite dress from here! I am anxious to finally wear it when it gets warm and I love this dress! Only issue(s) are that the dressing rooms were A MESS! 1 door did not look very well and there were so many empty hangers and cloths all over the floor in and outside the dressing room. Also in the clearance section there was no organization anywhere so if I saw something I liked I was disappointed when it wasn't my size.”

“Looked at this store during my visit to the pallisades mall on Wednesday April 10th 2024. Looked very organized, and clean. Exactly like the commercials on tv you see, they have everything from clothes, coats, homegoods, perfume, toys, shoes, and beauty items. Looked around, and found nothing of interest but, it was worth looking here. I didn't buy anything though, maybe i will if i am ever here again!”
“If you’re ever in Nyack, THIS is the place you want to go. I went a few days ago when they had an unbelievable deal on suits. The man at the front desk along with the other employees were so welcoming and attentive that after I made my purchase, I came back with my friend and they treated him like royalty as well. We both bought suits on the first day! I NEVER do that. They were patient, kind, and respectful. They also do the tailoring in store and they got both of our suits to fit like a glove. They are located on the 1st floor of the palisades center mall, You can’t miss em. As far as I’m concerned, this is the best place to buy suits in all of Rockland.”
“I recently visited Track 23 and was impressed by the vast selection of clothing they offer. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable. However, I was disappointed to find that the fitting rooms were closed two hours before the store closed, which made it difficult for me to try on clothes before purchasing. Despite this, I would still recommend Track 23 for its great selection and prices.”

“I had a really good experience at this American Eagle store. The short little girl with highlights helped me but all of The staff were also friendly and actually helped me find sizes without being pushy. The store was clean and organized, and they had a good selection of jeans and hoodies in stock. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to , I will shop here again”
“H&M is one of my favorite stores to shop in. I can always find something unique and pretty. And of course, always at a great price. I love the idea that if you bring in a used item, you can receive 20% off on your next purchaseH&M style is modern, so that makes a great place to shop. They have multiple styles which can make your shopping experience easier and great pricing .”
“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Today, after shopping, I realized I didn't have my phone with me, so I was running around from store to store today looking for my phone. I was in H&M, and no one would help me out, even though they saw my desperation because I am flying out to France in two hours.
I go back to Zara, and Emmanuel and Arijana immediately take action. As Arijana is calling my phone, Emmanuel is helping me go room to room to the fitting area. I almost gave up in defeat, but Emmanuel is convincing me to walk around the store. He keeps searching and miraculously helps me find my black phone sitting on black pants.
He didnt have to do this. This man went way above and beyond. They were actually closed. I cannot thank you enough. Staff like Emmanual and Anna are beyond staff, they are HUMANS. You saved my trip and a whole lot of anxiety and I want to thank you again.
