“Pedro and his team were friendly and helpful. The kind of "above and beyond" service we know from decades past in women's retail clothing. The Backstage area was clean, bright, organized and had great selections and prices. I was traveling by with some returns in my car and only stopped due to the traffic... what a great find. I look forward to shopping there again.”

“I was in the Palisades Mall on Saturday 3/21 around 5pm when an older ladys package broke while walking the mall. The clerk working that day ran back to the counter and returned with a paper bag and helped her repackage her goods. I was in shocked that a kid had the decency to help this lady who was not a customer of his. I thank the parents.”
“If I could more than 5 stars I would. The items at Ardene are such good quality and the rewards program and in-store sales are amazing ( which I really appreciate in this economy)
But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it. I was quite indecisive when choosing between several pairs of sneakers, but thanks to his patience and assistance, I not only made a selection but ultimately purchased two pairs. “Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

The store is well organized and easy to shop in, and the staff especially Coco and Stacy are friendly and helpful without being pushy.
They were patient and helped me find the right size and style. Prices are fair for the quality, and the overall vibe of the store is fun and upbeat. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for stylish footwear. 10/10 customer service satisfaction.”

“This store has so many shoes it's it's just crazy. The clearance section is absolutely amazing you can find so many good shoes for cheap. Also if you give them your email you get like an additional 15% off. And they have good customer service.”
“With the exception of the store temperature being a bit too warm, sales associates Anthony and Corin provided exceptional customer service. They helped find sizes for us and were knowledgeable about the products in the store. Their customer service made a difference and kept us in the store despite the warm temperature. Lol”

I walked in looking for sneakers for my niece’s birthday, and the staff was very patient helping me find the right size and style since I’m not too familiar with all the new trends. The store even has a sale rack I need to come back for! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.”
