I went to Footlocker shopping for a gift for my mother when I was helped by Jaylin. She was very patient and was really helpful in helping me pick out from their selection of shoes.”

“Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

“Bob, the employee in the golf section was so incredibly helpful in helping my boyfriend and I choose the best driver for his new set. He provided us with information regarding the differences between each one, and was the reason we had ended up purchasing. He made our experience at this store a 10/10, and I would be happy to purchase again with his knowledge and judgement.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! The customer service at this Adidas store was hands down the best in the entire mall. My friend and I had been shopping for hours, and Adidas was our last stop. We were tired and indecisive, but the tall white guy working there (I wish I could remember his name!) was beyond amazing. He helped us find the right sizes, gave great advice, and was super, super, super patient with us as we tried on multiple pieces. His kindness and professionalism made our shopping experience so much better. Thank you for the outstanding service!”

“It's awesome to see Dick's come up with the idea of opening up a Warehouse Sale, with lots of great deal sales, and the hard work paid off to make it happen. The space is pretty huge, which was once a Bed Bath and Beyond for many years, and a whole makeover was done to bring it up to its usage. The layout of the store has many racks with clothes and even shoe boxes with many styles to choose from. Also, there are many of sporting equipment. Looks like the store is pretty fully staffed and doing its best to help as much as possible. Also, it would be nice if a makeover was done to improve the perimeter walls, as it needs a big serious painting job along with adding dividers to make the store look appealing. This store feels like GoodWill for the most part, and I'm sure you can relate.”

“Store was clean, and well stocked— but unfortunately did not carry the shoe I was looking for in my size. Out of all the shoe stores in the mall I explored, Finishline had the best selection- so I would definitely check here if you're not a sneaker head, the ones here are a little more basic and generic looking. Good for the average person, and outfit. They also have a good selection of clothes, from Adidas to Nike.”

“With the exception of the store temperature being a bit too warm, sales associates Anthony and Corin provided exceptional customer service. They helped find sizes for us and were knowledgeable about the products in the store. Their customer service made a difference and kept us in the store despite the warm temperature. Lol”
