The woman who helped me, I believe her name was Iyanna, was fantastic- figured out all the annoying details (Headboard! Side Rails! Packing! Boxes!) and came up with a comprehensive quote, complete with a printout of all the rates & best hours to drop off. I do a lot of shipping, and an experience like this with a shipper literally makes my day. THANK YOU!”

“I shipped four Law textbooks which i was finished using after completing of the semester. I used FedEx located in Walgreens in uptown Kingston. The textbook buyer, Bookrun, received my textbooks within only a few days and payment for my textbooks was loaded onto my debit card that very day. FedEx was very helpful, assisted me in securely packaging the textbooks and I was able to buy the perfect size shipping box for all four books easily in the Walgreens Stationary Isle. I will use thus FedEx located again as it is convenient, fast and the staff are helpful. I also received daily FedEx updates via email and text regarding the status of my shipment. This will be a great resource for shipping Christmas/Birthday gifts, when selling items on Facebook Marketplace or through other online buy and sell groups and, definitely, to sell back my textbooks upon completing Fall Semester. Definitely recommend.”

This is a family owned and operated business that moves everything from personal possessions to the most sensitive and highest technology equipment. “This is a real true hometown Post Office. There is a free book exchange in the entry where one can drop books or get them. The old architecture inside is amazing, and the most charming part, besides the postmaster, is the wall where children's heights are measured across time. What a sweet small heartwarming place. “Never had a problem here. There’s always a familiar clerk at the window — a Caucasian female with darker hair that’s always been pleasant and helpful.
Yes, it’s rather inconvenient that the service window/counter closes down entirely for 90 minutes Monday-Friday for lunch, but ALL of the smaller POs in this area do that.”

“I have lived in many towns in this area and the Pleasant Valley post office is by far my favorite. They’re always so friendly and they do their job to the best of their abilities. I have to go in daily so it’s nice that they make things easy and do it with a smile. Even in the face of rude, unreasonable customers.”

“Love this post office. I’m always in here, sometimes I just stop in to say hello. Ashley goes above and beyond for her customers. She has fixed a few of my mistakes on packages. They get lines, but they work hard and are always pleasant. They only have two people, if they had extra help it wouldn’t get like that. Also most post offices only have two clerks. And they all get lines. This is problem with how the post office runs things , not the employees who are stuck alone at times. Give them a break.”
