“Build Two Win Performance is a perfect balance of physical and mental strength. My son raves about the sessions at the Walker Way location and gained much needed insight on increasing speed and agility at the Elite Showcase Camp! Highly recommended.
Thank you Coach Irby and staff!!!”

“I started going to Metabolic 5 months ago and I am absolutely in love! I never really worked out before, but as my 40th birthday was approaching I felt challenged to do something different. I previously had a membership to a traditional gym but I didn’t have the discipline to keep going. But my friend was going here for a while and her results were so impressive so I decided to try it. I’m so glad I did. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. My family probably hates it because I won’t shut up about it! It’s been so great for my self esteem (and my body obviously). Plus the coaches are wonderful- they make sure that every class is a challenge, but they’re also careful to ensure that your form is right and you’re not lifting too much so you don’t injure yourself. And I can tell that they count my success as their success. Worth every penny!!!”

“I was so unsure about crossfit, having to modify things i was afraid of being judged. I couldn't be more wrong, I couldn't be happier coming to morning workouts, friday night lights, I look forward to seeing everyone and the coaches are fabulous working with anyone and their skill level.”

“Our son really enjoys being apart of the Bombers Program. The Training and lifting aspect of the program has been a huge help in creating an all around athlete that we were not getting through other leagues. The coaches and staff are all easy to work with and the comradery of the team as a whole has been great!.”

“At first I didn’t know if I liked it but now I’ve made a few buddies it’s nice if you just stay focused keep moving machine machine. A lot of option If say you show up at busy time.
I love the plyo boxes and they don’t yell at me when I climb up the center floor beam to the 2nd floor.

Note: can you guys please get a 3 inch plyo box. I’m stuck at 54 inch box jump and I can’t quite do 60”

“I just finished a group performance training session with Bryan and Antoine, and I am honestly blown away. Working out has always been a real struggle for me. I often feel intimidated, unmotivated, and unsure of what I’m doing. But this class completely changed that. Bryan and Antoine made the workout both challenging and engaging, pushed us outside our comfort zones without it ever feeling discouraging, and their knowledge, enthusiasm, and patience really stood out. They explained movements clearly, checked form, and encouraged us the whole time.

For the first time in a long time, I feel genuinely motivated to keep going. I’m eagerly waiting for the next class and really appreciate this newfound motivation their coaching has given me. I can’t wait to see the results!”

“I tried out their Welcome Week promotion and had the opportunity to experience all of the classes at Anatomie, including cycling, conditioning, SweatX, and Hyrox prep, and I am truly blown away.

The staff is incredible, the space is spotless, and the level of detail that goes into each class really stands out. I have been to several gyms in the Capital Region, and this is something very special and unique.

What I love most is the refreshing energy. There are no egos, just healthy competition and a focus on personal growth. The absence of scoring creates an environment where you can truly feel at peace while still getting an amazing workout.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and elevated fitness experience.”

“The gym at RPI serves as an exceptional hub for the entire community, providing a vibrant space where both body and mind can rejuvenate. Spanning three levels, the gym boasts a spacious layout that caters to a variety of fitness needs, although occasional equipment outages may occur.

Upon entering, you’ll find the ground floor dedicated primarily to weight machines, offering a comprehensive selection for strength training enthusiasts. Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover a wide array of cardio equipment, ranging from stationary bikes to elliptical trainers, ideal for those seeking to elevate their heart rates. The second floor is a dynamic environment, primarily hosting club activities such as Zumba dance classes and karate sessions, adding a lively spirit to the space.

The gym tends to be particularly enjoyable when it’s less crowded, providing ample room to move and work out comfortably. However, it’s worth noting that a few treadmills often experience downtime, which can lead to challenges during peak hours, especially after afternoon classes when the facility is at full capacity. This surge in traffic can make it challenging to secure a treadmill or find available space in the weightlifting area. Overall, it’s a well-equipped facility that promotes a healthy lifestyle, provided you visit during quieter times!”

“I've been going to this location YMCA for sometime. I realize the building maybe old to make people like me that is disabled to get to certain places but I'm alright with it. Their all very friendly & welcome you. There's one person that always, always has a big beautiful smile, encourages the correct way using equipment & is very patient. Any questions I've got he helps me. Over & over. I hope the YMCA reads my review. I'm 70, have serious spinal cord issues & neck, neurothopy & fibromyalgia. Austin you have really helped me so much. Hope you read this too because I was writing of you. You are the greatest & I hope others will not be afraid to ask because you do know your stuff. Thank you. Thank you YMCA in Troy, New York.”

“I’ve only been going to Planet Fitness for a few weeks, but I immediately felt welcome thanks to the assistant manager, Devin. He was incredibly friendly, always making time to say hi, and really created a positive environment. It’s a great gym, but he made the experience even better. Highly recommend!”

“This gym was okay. Much more spacious then abc where you are packed in like sardines. Machines are mostly good, the tricep extension is an atrocity, but they have ONE really good leg extention. The other is terrible. Couldnt find a standing calf machine or a lateral raise. Just a useless sitting calf and some machine shoulder presses. Plenty of benches, forgot to check how high the dumbbells went up to but im sure its higher than planet fitness. The upstairs has plenty of tightly packed cardio equipment overlooking the gym floor if your into people watching to pass the time. All in all ill probably have to wait for a new gym to open up before i can say i found my new home gym”

“Going for 2+ years and I have to note that since the General Manager, Ryan Duglin, has taken over, the place is extremely well kept, clean, accessible and friendly. There's always a greeting and more importantly, the doors are open as scheduled unlike previous management. He's doing a great job.”
