“Our son really enjoys being apart of the Bombers Program. The Training and lifting aspect of the program has been a huge help in creating an all around athlete that we were not getting through other leagues. The coaches and staff are all easy to work with and the comradery of the team as a whole has been great!.”

“I tried out their Welcome Week promotion and had the opportunity to experience all of the classes at Anatomie, including cycling, conditioning, SweatX, and Hyrox prep, and I am truly blown away.

The staff is incredible, the space is spotless, and the level of detail that goes into each class really stands out. I have been to several gyms in the Capital Region, and this is something very special and unique.

What I love most is the refreshing energy. There are no egos, just healthy competition and a focus on personal growth. The absence of scoring creates an environment where you can truly feel at peace while still getting an amazing workout.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and elevated fitness experience.”

“The gym at RPI serves as an exceptional hub for the entire community, providing a vibrant space where both body and mind can rejuvenate. Spanning three levels, the gym boasts a spacious layout that caters to a variety of fitness needs, although occasional equipment outages may occur.

Upon entering, you’ll find the ground floor dedicated primarily to weight machines, offering a comprehensive selection for strength training enthusiasts. Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover a wide array of cardio equipment, ranging from stationary bikes to elliptical trainers, ideal for those seeking to elevate their heart rates. The second floor is a dynamic environment, primarily hosting club activities such as Zumba dance classes and karate sessions, adding a lively spirit to the space.

The gym tends to be particularly enjoyable when it’s less crowded, providing ample room to move and work out comfortably. However, it’s worth noting that a few treadmills often experience downtime, which can lead to challenges during peak hours, especially after afternoon classes when the facility is at full capacity. This surge in traffic can make it challenging to secure a treadmill or find available space in the weightlifting area. Overall, it’s a well-equipped facility that promotes a healthy lifestyle, provided you visit during quieter times!”

“I've been going to this location YMCA for sometime. I realize the building maybe old to make people like me that is disabled to get to certain places but I'm alright with it. Their all very friendly & welcome you. There's one person that always, always has a big beautiful smile, encourages the correct way using equipment & is very patient. Any questions I've got he helps me. Over & over. I hope the YMCA reads my review. I'm 70, have serious spinal cord issues & neck, neurothopy & fibromyalgia. Austin you have really helped me so much. “Going for 2+ years and I have to note that since the General Manager, Ryan Duglin, has taken over, the place is extremely well kept, clean, accessible and friendly. There's always a greeting and more importantly, the doors are open as scheduled unlike previous management. He's doing a great job.”
