“The office is closed and the storage units are issued by the 125 Broadway location. They raised my price by $10 after the second month but otherwise, great service and getting a card to enter after hours was really helpful.”

“Truck was VERY clean, ran well when hauling, it was a bit bumpy when empty, but that may be normal.
Overall a positive experience, the mirrors were easy to move so backing up was safe to do; the turning radius was exceptional, we rented the 27 foot truck and had no problems with curbs or corners, it turned beautifully.”
“I rented a small box truck for a short in-town move. This location in Troy has convenient hours and had the right vehicle size available from my online reservation. It drove in very good condition, easy to operate and fit what I needed. The staff person was helpful with answering questions I had and made the check-out and check-in process quick and simple. “Moved from upstate NY to Austin with 3 U-boxes. Drop off was great and the boxes were dropped with a forklift right where we wanted them. Pickup was just and great and on time.
Delivery was faster than quoted and access at the facility in Austin was really easy.

I witnessed this gentleman below “Richard Koonce”(with the bad review) who I do not know at all! be unbelievably vulgar and disrespectful to the point Essentials had to get police involved after many failed attempts of defusing the situation. You can’t fault a company for doing there job when your out driving with no license and an illegal plate on your vehicle causing accidents and think your not going to get charged!I Just went on this site to get Essentials number again to use them and saw this gentleman picture below and the review he wrote and felt I should share the actual truth on what happened! “Had a great experience renting the tow dolly I rented attention to detail was a welcome surprise actually making sure my vehicle was safe and ready for the trip/ job at hand I had a blown fuse that I had no idea was blown and while checking my lights for the trip that was found and rather then just let me leave he actually gave me a fuse so I could be safe and have lights really nice guy good price will be doing business there again”
