The body work he did on my Cadi was fantastic. Paint looks like factory work. He also took care of several mechanical issues that popped up just before I brought the car in for body work. “From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.
