“I highly recommend In and Out Collision. I was in an accident and going through insurance. My previous experience through an insurance-recommended shop wasn't great, so I wanted to find someone I could trust. These other great Google reviews (which led me to them) are 100% accurate! Odell was super helpful in guiding me along the way to make the process as efficient as possible. My insurance even missed something in the pictures for the estimate (a crack in the corner of the windshield), but as soon as I brought it to his attention, Odell was quick to help get a supplement request sent in and had the windshield replaced immediately. The work was terrific and my Jeep came out looking brand new. Hopefully, I won't need a collision shop again, but if I do, it will be In and Out Collision!”

“I had an incident on the Thruway that left me unable to drive my car. The tow truck was only able to take me off the Thruway and left me in a plaza. I noticed the AutoZone and went in there to see if they were able to help. The guy working at the counter (I wish I could remember his name, but I was so distraught) was able to direct me to an auto shop to call. Thanks to him, I was able to find an incredible shop that could help me that day and did not take advantage of the situation. I wish I could thank him for helping me out in a tough situation and for being so kind to me.”
“Recently visited this location. I always buy my wiper blades here because they install them. Today one got pulled off because it froze to windshield. They were willing to just put it back on. I did have to replace it when the employee realized it was actually broken. Everyone involved in the situation was extremely kind. Thank you guys”
“So I have a 20 year old Tacoma that is in great shape for its age and I noticed a rust bubble on the side of the bed, right above the fender flare. I want to keep the truck looking nice so my main priority was to make sure I find a shop that does good work.
I’ve known people that were very happy with the work dons did for them so I went there. They gave me a very reasonable quote and told me 3 days it should be ready. After the 4th or 5th day I called and they told me to come in the following day and it would be ready.
I realized why it took longer than originally thought when they told me what they had done to my truck. Wow, so not only did they take care of the rust bubble but they showed me pictures of underneath the fender flare and underneath the plastic strip on the top side of the bed. There was rust bubbling and actual rust that otherwise would be hidden without taking the parts off. They took care of all of that for me without making me pay extra. I will be going there for any type of body work I need from now on and possibly mechanical work as well. Truly thankful for the amazing work they did and extra mile they went for me.”
“They have the parts I have needed and they have always been helpful. Much more helpful than Autozone down the road that sold me a Bosch wiper blade kit with attachments and none of them worked with my wife’s 21 Atlas R line wiper arm… The Autozone manager/worker down the street was unprofessional that I wanted to google the piece to make sure it would work with the vehicle that I didn’t have with me at the time.
The gentleman at this store went above and beyond to make sure the unique adapter worked fine with the blade that I had purchased. A couple trips outside to my wife’s vehicle and we got it to work. I will only be going back to this Advanced Auto parts store.”
