“Every time I walk into their gym I know about about to do something super good for myself, even if I'm just going in the black card spa to use the hydro massage chairs, red light therapy or even just for a quick mid-winter pick me up tanning sesh. love every location and all the staff. Gyms are kept clean, 98% of their amenities are in working order and the pricing couldn't be better! I do not feel pressured or judged here and this means a lot to me! I invited a lot of my gals and now we all meet up! Highly recommend for any one who just wants to do something good for themself ✨”
“I’m very happy with the new platforms that have been installed, please put a red therapy booth at this location 🙏🙏🙏”

“Great place. It's always clean. The bathrooms are spacious and never dirty. Plenty of lockers, which are never dirty either. Friendly staff but I've never meant this Jack guy i hear of lol. Equipment is top notch, very rarely is anything broken but if it does. It's fixed the next day. Oh and my gym membership is cheap!!!!!”
