“I have felt with Peoples Alliance for over 30 years. I have in for all of that time gone to the Ronkonkoma or Hauppauge branches. Now that I live in Syosset I go to the Westbury location. I always liked Peoples Alliance The staff is always fast and friendly and are always willing to help. The Westbury location is sorta hidden, And if you are not looking carefully you could miss it all together. It is in a big office building right in the front. Never had a problem in over 30 years of doing business with them.”

“I'm a long time Citibank accountholder and I have always been happy with their services. This particular branch is pretty conveniently located for me since it is near work. Most of the time I cannot make it to the local branch near my home during the week and it's way to crowded on weekends to get anything accomplished so I usually step out from work for a few moments to handle my business here. There's a private lot, drive through atm, and drive through teller. There are usually at least 4 tellers on duty so the line inside goes pretty quickly. I did notice that this branch does not seem to have an active security guard. If I had to make an educated guess I would say it's because they are next door to the Nassau County court house which is swarming with police activity. The only reason this branch gets four stars instead of five is because I came in one day to get my name on my card updated (due to marriage) and the manager handled my request and spelled the name on my card wrong. Not once, but TWICE! I know I wrote it correctly on the form and provided a copy of the marriage certificate for her to verify but she clearly made a typo when she keyed it in. This resulted in me having to cancel the card again and being without a card for several days as I was waiting for the new one to arrive. They did give me a temporary card but it did not have all the necesarry financial functions as a real card. I called her and she was apologetic and did resolve the issue and even offered to expedite the shipping. It still arrived regular mail. She must have forgotten. I will excuse it because it's the only time I have ever had an issue.”

She SAVED my account that I had closed earlier in the day…..I had realized it was the wrong account when I got home and I ran back to the bank and they were closing in 5 minutes- they took the time to help me and she helped to reopen it with her expertise and clearly has been there for many years to know how to perform this task!! I appreciated the time they took and it saved me!! Cant thank them enough for not turning me away!”
