Connie was patient, knowledgeable and eager to find the sizes/styles I needed. Customer service is top notch. The store is easy to navigate and beautiful styles are in abundance. Stop in! You will not be disappointed!”

“I had a great shopping experience at the Timberland store, thanks to the excellent customer service from Tyler and Chris. Tyler went above and beyond, taking the time to help my partner and me try on multiple pairs of boots until we found the perfect fit. His patience and knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable. At checkout, Chris was equally helpful, providing great information about signing up for the email list and how we could instantly receive coupons for savings, which we did. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made our visit truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I visited your store on April 2nd and was helped by the cashier at Register 003. His service was excellent — very professional, friendly, and patient. I’m not completely sure how his name is spelled, but it looked something like ‘Bryan.’ I’d like to give him special recognition for the great experience.”

“This place is the BOMB. The service was the chefs kiss, the music in the background while shopping was even better! My wife and 7 kids loved the music so much that they didn’t go ballistic when I purchased 75 pairs of #Crocs. Their team is very nice, helpful, respectful, and to be honest… a very good looking group of employees ?. But seriously, the riverhead crocs is superior to all other crocs on the island, actually the state… maybe even the world. They are great top to bottom and they’re incredibly accommodating!”

“Found the perfect winter coat here at the right price, great length, hooded, insulated! They have coats for kids, men, women, varying lengths and styles. Many were on sale and the quality of material is excellent. I was looking for something long, zip up, plenty of pockets, insulated with a hood. I wanted black, but there were a variety of colors and I got it at a great price with a coupon to return and purchase another garment if needed. Would recommend if you're looking for a warm coat or sweatshirt that's great quality!”

“Great value for a durable work shoe. Especially if you work in a trade where you are on your feet all day. Best of all they have my last purchases in their computer so I don't have to remember the size and style. For under 160 maybe 100 if they have a sale you can get a work shoe that you will not be disappointed with plus your in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not related just where I get my boots best value on 58.”

“When it comes to finding the perfect pair of shoes, I can confidently say that Clarks has earned a special place in my heart. Having worn them for many years, I’ve come to appreciate the unmatched comfort and quality they consistently offer. Clarks shoes always keep my feet happy and supported. One of my favorite places to shop for Clarks is the store located in Tanger Outlets Riverhead. It’s in such a convenient spot right next to the food court. The service there is friendly, and I appreciate how the staff members are quick to assist. However, I must mention one small downside: the store doesn’t always carry my exact size in the styles I love. That said, I never leave empty-handed. There’s usually a great selection, and I can always find something that suits my taste. Overall, Clarks shoes have become a staple in my wardrobe, thanks to their comfort, quality, and the pleasant shopping experience.”
