I had a significant amount of work I needed done to my car, Tiffany the Office Manager is fantastic and so kind, she called me throughout the process as they went through the vehicle and found parts I needed, Tiffany shopped around while on the phone with me to find the cheapest price, made sure I knew every detail as the continued to work on the car so I had no surprise bill. They are quick and incredibly fairly priced. My car was perfect compared to when I pulled in. I had 4 tires put on, oil change with a few things that came along with that, new lug nuts and most importantly needed two new flex pipes and my Jeep sounded like a Harley Davidison and I left and my car was purring like a cat lol!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live in Sullivan County and will drive to Orange County moving forward I will not service my car anywhere else again! 100% 10 STAR”

“Rented an RV for the weekend and had a great experience. After the demo and walkthrough, I felt like I really knew how to drive and operate everything on the RV. The RV itself was beautiful, fresh, and very clean.
I did accidentally back into something and bent the exhaust pipe. They handled the situation very professionally and respectfully, and I paid a fair price for the repair. I never felt like they were trying to rip me off or take advantage of the situation, which is something you don’t find everywhere these days.”
“Great experience. I have an old VW GTI that needed a timing belt, ac compressor and a few small things done. I have multiple cars and work on everything myself, but was too busy to be able to get the work done on my own. Brought my car here and they had gotten it done very fast and did excellent work. They made it easy for me to contact them through email and over the phone, as I have a very busy schedule. I was even able to drop the car off and pick it up after hours, completely problem free. It is very difficult to find reputable shops, so if you’re looking for one, this is the place!”
“I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center, especially with the owner, Adi. I was driving a rental car when the A/C suddenly stopped working, and the rental company referred me to this location. Adi was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. He started working on the car right away, even while waiting for approval from the rental company, which I really appreciated. There was no unnecessary waiting, and the whole process was handled quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Adi! Highly recommend!”
“John and his crew saved me in quite the pinch! I was over 100 miles from home when my alternator went in Otisville. I contacted the shop in the late afternoon and John's daughter was able to make arrangements to have someone get my car to the shop. I was leaving the country the next day so I was in a very bad spot. Ulee's was able to get the new alternator and have it installed almost instantly after I arrived, at a fair price!! Just really great people that put their customers first! I wish we had a Ulee's where I live! Honest, hard working, personable auto shops like Ulee's are hard to come by! Thanks John, for saving me! Ill never forget it!!”
“Nothing but nice things to say. Grant and his staff were super nice and accommodating. I’m a pain to deal with and they were great. My car looks as if nothing ever happens to it and they even touched up a couple little imperfections unrelated to the accident near by for me. It took a while but it was worth the wait. “My car had some issues on the highway and the engine was sputtering. Pulled over to the side of the road and googled a repair shop and found DBOYS Automotive. Not only did he drop everything to help us out, but found the issue in five minutes. A hose had come loose. He put it back on and didn't charge me anything for it. Just said it was a courtesy he does for his clients. I pass by there every few weeks. I will go back there for my regular maintenance from now on.”

“I have been using Johnstons Toyota for a very, very long time just about all of my married life. We started because of my family because my dad always had Toyotas. My recent experience for service was with Brianna who is like a little drop of sunshine. She is happy and willing to go out of her way as all your people seem to be There was one other service that they thought I probably needed, and she had the car taken back down and less than an hour later that had been Completed and she had them bring the car up and I paid and I left as long as I have been dealing with Toyota , which is probably Close to 30 years at least plus my family. The service has always been great and your people that you employ are always friendly and helpful. I had a salesman I always used and it broke my heart when he retired. I highly recommend Johnstons and if you can see if you can work with Brianna because she is just Adorable and she’s the best she is indeed like a little drop of sunshine. If you get her, no matter what goes on, you will come out feeling like you’re a better person. Well done Johnstons.”

“Westtown was great, we handed our 2011 family car off to them with the need for a rear subframe. We absolutely wanted to keep our older car, and knew it could turn into a pandora’s box with older parts being replaced. Ed stayed in close communication via text and phone as the work unfolded; they did a great job and made the rear of the car solid and safe again. They were also very informative on where they were going to blend OEM for critical areas, and aftermarket parts to offer safe but cost saving options with additional parts the ended up needing replacement due to age.
Had a great experience with Westtown Garage.”
