Very positive experience - David, the manager was very helpful and efficient. He helped us quickly and we had a new working phone in less than 10 mins. Also there was 3 or 4 other staff, so customers coming in didn’t have to wait. This is definitely going to be my AT&T go to store.
I didn't know walking into a retail store for an upgrade would be such an inconvenience to the female employee working. Sorry we interrupted your lunch an hour before closing. Yes, we'll order online, thank you for nothing. Also locking customers inside is incredibly illegal as there is no egress with the doors locked.
3 hour to upgrade from verizon iPhone 7 to iPhone mini - do you have 3 hrs to spend in their store - add a parking ticket for overtime parking Plus one hour on the phone to get the billing right. Now I have to chase the return credit to verify it has been processed. How would you rate this experience
