“Julio made my experience here at Boost mobile a 5 star one! Gave me the best deal while still offering me all the options to help me decide what was the best move to make. Parking was an issue but he offered to bring the phone to my truck do i can wait inside and not catch a ticket waiting on store for activation. 10/10 def recommend!”
“The A Team at Verizon Westchester Mall! Chris, Dijon, Orlando and Kyle are fantastic. When we needed a new iPhone for my daughter, Chris hooked us up with the best deal and ended up outfitting the whole family. When Chris wasn’t available on another visit, Dijon stepped in and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. More recently, when we had an issue with an international plan, Orlando jumped in and got it resolved quickly.
The whole team has been patient with our questions, knowledgeable, and quick to address any issues. We really appreciate the great service and highly recommend them!”
“Carlos provided excellent customer service during my visit to Boost Mobile. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Carlos answered all my questions clearly and helped me find the right plan and phone for my needs without any pressure.
He showed genuine patience and made sure everything was set up and working before I left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about helping people.
I highly recommend Carlos if you're looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable at Boost Mobile.”

“I unexpectedly came to this location to purchase a phone. As soon as I came in, Ishpreet helped me right away. I was presently surprised by his customer service and professionalism. He was very attentive with me in assisting me picking out a phone. Surprisingly, I didn't feel pressure like I do at other locations while shopping around. He recommended accessories such as a phone case and an adapter; in which made my upgrading purchasing experience even better. I highly recommend doing business with Ishpreet at this location. He's the best!!!!”
