“I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it. Dijon was on the side, making jokes and making the customers happy as well. They are a great team.”

“Yesterday, my wife and I visited this store to explore our upgrade options, as we’d been using iPhone 13s for quite some time. Joel Pichardo greeted us warmly and took the time to walk us through all the available choices without any pressure.
We left with two new iPhone 17s and an iPad, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Not only are we now up to date with the latest technology, but our monthly bill is actually lower than before. On top of that, we also received Apple TV and Netflix at no additional cost.
