“Professional and personable problem solvers.The people working at this bank branch are the main reason I'm still banking with Chase. This was the best experience I've ever had at a Chase bank after 12 years of banking with them. My 1st time at this Chase branch and definitely not my last.Other Chase bank branches in the area were unable to resolve the issue I was having with my account. It was recommended I go to this specific Chase bank... I'm glad I did.The bank manager Mohamed exceeded my expectations in every way. Even if he couldn't have resolved the issue, I would have wrote this review and gave 5 stars because he did everything in his power to help me.”

“I had a great experience at the Chase Bank in White Plains yesterday. I went in to open a new account and deposit some funds, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. My financial advisor, Jasmeen Williams, was especially amazing — she was patient, took her time to understand my situation, and worked through all the issues I was facing with care. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The assistant manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also very helpful and supportive. Overall, I’m really grateful for the excellent service I received!”

The mortgage banker stated to deposit the money in the account and withdraw it when it becomes avail to the mortgage account. Can someone please assist Ty”

“This BofA location is a very Manhattan like despite being 30 miles north. Despite being in a very complex city center it is surprisingly not very busy to the point of over flow or long wait times. They do have a Merrill Edge office here which is very handy to have for some last minute trading.”
“ATM in lobby and tellers are friendly when I ask for change (quarters). The woman had to go to the vault for change. The 2 tellers were pleasant and joked with me.Also the shopping center has plenty of parking.One reason why I don't to the main branch on Mamaroneck ave.”
