“Pretty good Chase branch with lots of parking. The staff is always helpful and gets you in and out in short order. Also, it's nice to finally get to use the cool Chase app, especially when depositing checks. Take a picture and submit...great stuff!”

“I had a great experience at the Chase Bank in White Plains yesterday. I went in to open a new account and deposit some funds, and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. My financial advisor, Jasmeen Williams, was especially amazing — she was patient, took her time to understand my situation, and worked through all the issues I was facing with care. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The assistant manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also very helpful and supportive. Overall, I’m really grateful for the excellent service I received!”

“Betty is the best banker btw Can someone assist me. I attempting to make payments to be current on my mortgage payment. Access is restricted for some reason. Betty spoke to a banker via telephone. The mortgage banker stated to deposit the money in the account and withdraw it when it becomes avail to the mortgage account. Can someone please assist Ty”

“First of all I want to say I despise Citibank with every iota of cells in my body due to them closing my account without my knowledge because I wanted to withdraw a large sum of MY money and then telling me I needed to wait 30-60 days for them to mail me a check. Needless to say I closed the account; however I gave this location 5 stars due to 2 stand out employees who understood me, were professional, and went out of their way to help me so I believe they are essential assets to this company and Citibank should be thanking God they found employees like this because without people like this they would be on the next bank bankruptcy list. Jesus Pacheco is an ABSOLUTE star! Knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. Second is one of the tellers who was equally as kind, empathetic, smart and helpful… I am going to butcher her name but I believe it is Nikoshima ? Not sure but she has a unique name and works at this specific branch. An absolute gem !”

“ATM in lobby and tellers are friendly when I ask for change (quarters). The woman had to go to the vault for change. The 2 tellers were pleasant and joked with me.Also the shopping center has plenty of parking.One reason why I don't to the main branch on Mamaroneck ave.”
