Always warm and friendly service .. lines can get long at times but that's not the tellers fault when the customers come in unprepared .

Went in for quarters…. They didn’t have any. Teller had a poor attitude.

Very disappointed in the customer service at the drive-up window. I've been with Chase for decades and never experienced this kind of service. Some of the tellers are rude and take their time to attend to my needs. Not going there anymore.
