Dennis, Aniyah, and Jah provided excellent and professional service. Dennis was patient explaining and setting up new mobile service, convincing customers to transfer from T-Mobile. Aniyah was helpful, sweet, and professional. Jah was very professional, helping set up phones and explaining the difference in every phone. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Customers called it the best Optimum store ever, with amazing customer service. One customer noted never having an experience like this in 40 years with Optimum, saying Dennis is incredible.
