“Yesterday, my wife and I visited this store to explore our upgrade options, as we’d been using iPhone 13s for quite some time. Joel Pichardo greeted us warmly and took the time to walk us through all the available choices without any pressure.
We left with two new iPhone 17s and an iPad, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Not only are we now up to date with the latest technology, but our monthly bill is actually lower than before. On top of that, we also received Apple TV and Netflix at no additional cost.

“I cannot recommend this business highly enough. After another local shop didn’t even bother to try fixing my laptop, I brought it here. It was a race against time because my computer wasn't charging and was seconds away from dying completely.
Unlike the other place, he didn't give up. He was incredibly dogged and persistent, working incessantly right in front of me for over 30 minutes until the issue was solved. It is rare to find someone so honest, capable, and personable. He is a person of great integrity who truly deserves your business. “On Friday I called Verizon wireless to transfer 1 number from 1 account to another the representative turned my phone off instead of. I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon.
