“I purchased a shirt on line that was too big so I call the 1 800 # to see if they still have it because I can't find it on the website they tell me it's discontinued and can't find any then I call every store in a 3 hour radius of my house and nobody has it and I love this shirt so I drive to the closest store to exchange it for something else while looking the manager Yvonne strikes up a conversation I tell her my story and she found my shirt did the exchange and sent it to my house. That's customer service. Thank you again”

“We had such a wonderful experience at Foot Locker yesterday! I went in with my son and his friend, who are both neurodivergent, and our sales associate, Victor, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful, and made both of them feel comfortable throughout the entire experience.
Victor took his time with them, never made them feel rushed, and helped them find exactly what they wanted. We walked out with three pairs of sneakers between the two of them and two very happy guys!

“Review is for the customer service I received from Ariana K.. She was very sweet and kind and helped me make a purchase. She was also kind enough to offer to send me pictures of other items that I am interested in. And when I do, I would like to purchase them with her.
As for the others, they weren’t inviting and just stood around as if they were jealous or something. I don’t know but you can feel the coldness in the air.
Gucci is my favorite brand and hopefully they will make the improvements they need regarding customer service because this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered unprofessionalism with them. Maybe it because I’m black and they feel I shouldn’t have the money to spend there? Well that not my problem but they better get it together before a lawsuit ensues.”

“I haven't seen this many people wearing black since I went to an Italian funeral. I know what I want and head to the proper department and the nice, overly made up employee, helps me and shows me what I came for. After overpaying for a bag, I get further insulted by having to pay $10 to get it wrapped. Beautiful store but frankly my life style no longer calls for clothes like this. Maybe one day, I will need to shop here (fingers crossed). AND, like another reviewer said, trying to reach someone on the phone is an exercise in futility.”
