Good customer service on the surface, but unwilling to get anything done when needed. I was told that they couldn't contact fraud department, they could only email them when there was an issue with my deceased mother's account that I'm an administrator on. Unprofessional behavior and a waste of time.

It is the worst service, more than 2 hours to be served and they make people go in without any specific order, many people preferred to leave. Take care of your customers and learn to provide excellent customer service, no one deserves to wait that long to be served.

Someone needs to teach them how to answer the phone because they never pick up.
