“I joined Retro with a friend to try out Kickboxing once a week. I worked my way thru trying just about every single class and now I love so many of them, including La Blast, Zumba, Pound, Spin, and even Kettlebell and Yoga. Even when one of my favorite classes are canceled I can usually catch a different class since there are 2 group rooms. And they have been offering Kickboxing 3 nights a week which is such a bonus! I love the classes (including the instructors and my peers) so much I don't even have time to care about the machines.”

“The gym itself isn't bad, there's a lot of machines there for whatever body part you're training that day, it's a bit better than the gyms I've been too before. I was surprised it even had a grip training machine which I've been looking for in some gyms. The price is fair and the gym has a lot to offer. I recommend it”

“My son has been going there on and off for years for their personal training program. They are the best! If you want your child to preform better in sports, stronger and faster, lose weight ect… join their program. You will be amazed with the results after a few short months. When people would see the changes in my son and say wow, what did you do, I tell them SPI. I loved their program so much, I took a stack of their business cards and put them in my glovebox and when people asked I give them one.The Doctors are great too. When my son was injured, they wanted to see him ASAP. No appointment, they always made time to check him out and give us a diagnosis. No added charge, just great people taking care of their clients. By far, the best money I ever spent for my son. You won’t regret it.”
