Fraud and a stolen check personnel handled the issue quickly, explained everything clearly and getting money the same day. They say the service is the best and very personal. Personnel are elderly but pleased to help, associates and a lady checked the account. They would not think of using another bank.
I just want to say this Bank is the best, Some one washed out one of my checks and stole my money out of my account i went to chase and fill a the paper on getting my money bank the same day the money was in my account CHASE IS THE BEST.... Awesome customer service

Would not think of using another bank. Very personal and been using them since I was 18 years old. I use other banks for minor things but chase is the best.
