Customer Service was the worst, no body can help, at girl who help me with my wife ATM car never do anything to help us, first time in this branch and the last one.

Very bad customer service . Tellers very bad. No hi no how can I help you no thank you . No any word make you feel like you are their client .

Lack of customer service of all chase bank . I received the email tell me to update my Driver license and passport . I when to two chase banks they said they all booked appointments. What if we close the account do we need to book appointment?
