“I took my car there after I was rear ended. For the most part everything went great. There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.”

My previous experience through an insurance-recommended shop wasn't great, so I wanted to find someone I could trust. These other great Google reviews (which led me to them) are 100% accurate! Odell was super helpful in guiding me along the way to make the process as efficient as possible. My insurance even missed something in the pictures for the estimate (a crack in the corner of the windshield), but as soon as I brought it to his attention, Odell was quick to help get a supplement request sent in and had the windshield replaced immediately. The work was terrific and my Jeep came out looking brand new. Hopefully, I won't need a collision shop again, but if I do, it will be In and Out Collision!”

“Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.”
“I had a small collision repair done by Joe at Delta Sonic and he was AMAZING!! The damage was just under $1,000 and my bumper needed repainting.
I really like to take care of by black car, having Delta apply their great 1 year ceramic coating each year...and I was hoping the bumper would come out looking as good as the rest of the car...and boy did it!!!!

“Very friendly and helpful customer service. They did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. There were a few minor imperfections on the paint work, but they were not very noticeable. They detailed the car very nicely after it was done. Overall I was happy with Gerber and I would recommend them. I feel bad because their Carwise website review said that I only gave them a half of star. It didn't give me the option of how many stars to give. I hope this makes up for that. And it's a completely honest review. If you want friendly knowledgeable service, use Gerber. Thank you for repairing my car in a timely manner!”
“Had some issues with getting the right window, but the technician was outstanding and deserves the highest rating. I admit I was extremely unhappy with the issues with getting the window. First the window was damaged on arrival at the shop. Not the fault of Safelite. Second time it was missing a wire. That’s on them. However the technician that came out both times was outstanding. His workmanship was excellent. I hate having a window replaced especially a factory window but the replacement looks better than the factory. The technician was professional and personable and treated my car with care. I believe he treated my vehicle like his own and that meant a lot. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was at this level of service. That’s a reflection on Safelites leadership.
The outstanding service by far overcame any issues with acquiring the window. For that alone I would use Safelite again. I hope I don’t have to but at least I now know that they’re there. Thank you Safelite.”
