I never knew until I needed it. So when I went in for service and mentioned it to Jessica, she got right on it and found a spare for my 2017!! She had it within a week. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank You again Jessica for your excellent customer service.”

“I am new to the areas and my car began to make multiple different noises. I googled shops near me and found Dadswells! They were able to get my car in quickly, and had my car returned to me the same day! The noises ended up being very minor things - parts needed cleaned and shifted around as they were catching. They took care of it - did not charge me - and I have not heard any of the noises ever since! I was very pleased with the honesty of this shop. Everyone I spoke to explained every step of their process to me, I felt very involved and understood everything they said!”

“I am happy with the service I received recently at West Herr Toyota. I still have a potential problem with my remote release lever/cable operated by a manual release inside the driver's side door sill. It wasn't releasing, leaving me with a unlatched trunk lid. I don't remember if I had the same experience with the remote release for the trunk on my key mounted release button. I was quoted a replacement price for a new cable assembly installed. A $500.00 charge for a cable replacement seemed expensive and not budget friendly. I had hoped for more moderate pricing.
I hope it'll sort itself out and I'll use the key mounted remote consistently going forward.

“Had work done 1.5 years ago with service now light on. United got my BMW to pass inspection. Was not cheap but was much less than the dealer. Recently a fuel injector was leaking gasoline.
United advocated with dealer for a Replacement fuel injector which was an original equipment dealer part.
United convince the dealer I was at their shop: I did not want to go to the dealer: I wanted united to install the dealer part which went bad; and took care of sourcing the part and installing it. was very efficient and Most important there was no charge for the part or for the service from united auto.
I highly recommend them with confidence and will Continue to have my BMW serviced at united auto.”

“Bought a used 2018 Infiniti Q50S. Took it to these guys to get it looked over just to make sure everything was okay with it. They were timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and found two wheels were severely dented and had been moved to the back so I wouldn't notice. They explained the issue, what my next steps needed to be and even charged me half price for what I was going through. They kept in touch throughout the process and even referred me to someone who they utilize in these types of situations and insisted I recommend them to the place I purchased the vehicle from. Their recommendation was fantastic and worked out well. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you guys!!”
