“Last night my tire popped on the way home from work. Luckily I was able to pull over into a safe spot, which just so happened to be Miranda Auto! It was late, so they were closed, but I called up my roommate to help me get home. We found the spare tire and a small jack in my car and spent the next hour and a half trying to change the tire… in 9 degree weather… with no gloves… and no idea what we are doing. We got the wheel off, then the jack fell. Queue this happening 4 more times. Just as we were about to give up, a truck pulled into the parking lot. A nice man walked out and asked us what was happening. We explained the situation and he said that he actually owned Miranda Auto and that he just came back to the store because he left something there. He went inside, grabbed a (much more efficient) jack, and helped us get the spare tire on…in 9 degree weather.. with no gloves. I am so so so thankful for your help!!! You were so so nice… and I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I haven’t gotten anything repaired here yet, but based off of that one interaction alone- I highly recommend this shop. The owner is a very kind and helpful man!!”

“If your in need of good honest automotive repair service, look no longer. This company is awesome! I had a wheel bearing and brake major problem. I called and explained , I was 60 miles away and wondered when I might be able to get in for a repair. The first concern they had was, are you going to be okay to get back safety. Wow, I felt like this is old time help. I was able to get it in that night and by the looks of their lot, they were very busy. The next day, I received a call with an explanation of how bad it was and that they could have it ready that night. The wheel bearing had no bearings left and the brake pads and rotors were shot. The quote was so fair, I couldn't believe it. This was the second time I had a repair preform and the first one was a windshield wiper motor. The service was just as pleasurable. The next time your in need of a honest automotive repair shop. I highly recommend this company.Thank you,Mark”

“As a female, I would highly recommend Randy and his staff. After a recent visit I felt well taken care of and will definitely return in the future. After getting a screw in my tire they did the repair as requested. I was going to drive home on the spare and have my husband put the snow tire back on when he got home, which is what we had planned to do. Randy did not want me driving on the spare any longer than I needed to and insisted on changing the tire in the very cold weather. This is a business that goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of and helped!”

Then they do have good knowledge on best vehicle for you and friendly service..but they will try to steep u to get every package deal .or upgrade version of that vehicle... Which is what costumers who think they getting a good deal... They a they are deceptive to the offers ...just get basic deal . Say no to rest until car purchased..u have couple weeks of u want to add anything else to the vehicle”

“Bought a used 2018 Infiniti Q50S. Took it to these guys to get it looked over just to make sure everything was okay with it. They were timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and found two wheels were severely dented and had been moved to the back so I wouldn't notice. They explained the issue, what my next steps needed to be and even charged me half price for what I was going through. They kept in touch throughout the process and even referred me to someone who they utilize in these types of situations and insisted I recommend them to the place I purchased the vehicle from. Their recommendation was fantastic and worked out well. I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you guys!!”

I ordered the tires and they were in with a few days. They were able to take me on that day and I was done in 45 minutes! The waiting area was warm where you can grab a cup of coffee or water . “Purchased four Michelin snow tires . Made my appoint, arrived and was greeted by a friendly staff member. I Waited while the tires where installed and I was keep up to date. I was told around an hour or so. One hour later they car was ready. Checked out and was ask to come back in 50 miles so that the lug nuts can be double check to be re-torqued. “This is not my to go place, but in two occasions that I needed quick help for Battery, they did the job perfectly.One issue with this place is that there is no dedicated front office personnel; your car may have been ready for 10 minutes and you waiting at the cashier for someone to show up.
