I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who worked on the car but he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. “My car died on me and my insurance company tried to charge me over $300 for a tow I had no electricity in the car so I could not do anything I was stranded when I got in contact with them it was a complete shock how low they estimated it would be and i signed up for the yearly service the guy was super nice and very helpful they got there before the estimated time as well. The driver was careful with my vehicle which was most appreciated.”

Donnie and Paul are top of the line, they are honest, dependable, and work hard to find solutions, and all while keeping the customer the focus in mind as their dedication to helping people is unmatched. I had two separate issues with my car in under a month. Donnie and Paul each time, went out of their way to assist immediately, answered any questions I had, were extremely generous in their pricing, excellent in communicating status and both times I had my car at Premium I had it back in less than 3 days! I cant express how greatful I am to Donnie and Paul for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. I dropped my car off Sunday night and picked up my car yesterday. I couldn't believe it was the same car!
Mind you before bringing my car in, there were a multitude of issues. One of the valves were cracked, I needed new tires, new windshield wipers, the left rear break calipers had to be replaced , the car needed alignment, an oil change, and inspection!

“Family member backed into a fire hydrant on a dark and stormy night. Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”

“Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.”
