“Bought a new Weber Genesis gas grill. The box wouldn’t quite fit in my vehicle. They followed me home in their truck to deliver it the same day. You would never receive such great personal service at any of the larger big box stores. This store is fabulous. Very helpful, excellent service.”

“I love hectors, and this year when my snowblower needed service, they came to the rescue once again. Service time was reasonable, just two weeks even though the snow had already started falling. Without getting into the numbers, let’s just say the price was an extreme value for the quality of repair. Much better than big box stores and a tiny fraction of buying a new machine. Got my snowblower running like new, and they even fixed several things that weren’t on the initial service report. As usual, I couldn’t be happier. Support your local hardware store!!!”
“This review is for the delivery drivers Carlos, Oscar, Jairo, and Braler! Our first washer/dryer delivered by Carlos and Oscar came damaged. They were polite, honest, and apologetic. They removed our old set and called to ensure a new set would be delivered the next day. The next day Jairo and Braler delivered the new set. They too were polite and helpful. They set up the new machine and took the time to show me it was working. Although my experience with Lowes sending a damaged set was subpar my experience with the gentlemen from the delivery department was excellent. Lowes is lucky to have these four men working for them!”
