“I came in just before close on a Friday and the two phlebotomists who were there were pleasant as can be, treated me respectfully and were so courteous. Very quick too!”
“This location was super clean, easy to get to, parking was super close, and there was plenty! Check in was so easy, the scanners actually worked, and I was done in seconds. I waited all of 3 mins for my appointment! They were so fast with the collection I was almost an hour early for work! Make an appointment!”

“I never leave reviews, but I really felt like I had to with this one! Today was my first ever blood draw, and I was absolutely terrified! I have a huge fear of needles, and Denise was the most sweetest wonderful person ever! I definitely will be coming back and requesting her! She was so sweet when I told her about my fear and never at all made me feel embarrassed or scared! When I felt like I was going to pass out, she didn’t at all huff or get annoyed with me, but rather was being so sweet! She had so much patience with me and was such a sweetheart! These reviews don’t lie when they say that this place is amazing. Everyone is so sweet and understanding and will truly make you feel comfortable! She was amazing with communicating with me what was going on as well as an allowed me to yap and babble about random things to keep my mind off of it! I highly recommend!!!”
“After leaving quest because they're very inconvenient for me. And you have to schedule to see anybody. I turned a kaleida as a walk-in and the one on Union is the one I go to and I must say phenomenal absolutely every time I go there I'm in and out 10 minutes 15 Max. I see Lisa because she's usually working the time that I go. She's wonderful when she draws blood you wouldn't even know I went to get blood drawn. For a red comments that were not pretty nice about this place. Unless I experience it in the future, I have nothing bad to say. Only thing I can say is everybody has their bad days. Everybody we're human ???”
“Once again, "Quest" went about and beyond. As usually (I made an appointment) so there was basically no wait time. The place was very clean and the phlebotomist that took care of me was caring, knowledgeable and friendly (but not too friendly to make it weird). Overall great experience!!! All the phlebotomists there are wonderful!!!”
“The tech was training a student who kindly asked if she could draw my blood. Of course I acknowledged and they were both wonderful, caring and respectful. I will come to this location for all my needed testing. Good job ladies!”

“I was seen here Monday June 24th 2024 at approximately 8am, the lady who took my blood was really nice and normally I am left with a black n blue arm. No pain and no black and blues. Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.”
“Somay was the best! I came in friday feburary 20th between 2pm-3pm. Somay was so polite, talkative & professional. The waiting room was packed. She came out initially to do a standby list call (see who's still waiting walk ins), & was very informative about time -they were about 20 mins behind schedule & stern but not rude. I asked the use the restroom she said of course and led me to where it was. No later than 20-30 minutes in the waiting room, I was her lucky guest to be next in the needle seat ?. Great employee!! If I could have a specific tech each time I would have her. All the stars for her!”

“I didn’t take him for 2 weeks fearing it would be a disaster our friend referred us here.Absolutely the best experience you could have getting a 1 years old blood drawn. We went in, waited 30 seconds and got called back. The flembotimist drew his blood within 20 seconds. He cried forsure but it was much less than even vaccines.”
