“We use KSL for all of our patient testing and they have been wonderful to work with. The turn around time is amazing and they are always available to help if we ever have an issue.”
“After leaving quest because they're very inconvenient for me. And you have to schedule to see anybody. I turned a kaleida as a walk-in and the one on Union is the one I go to and I must say phenomenal absolutely every time I go there I'm in and out 10 minutes 15 Max. I see Lisa because she's usually working the time that I go. She's wonderful when she draws blood you wouldn't even know I went to get blood drawn. For a red comments that were not pretty nice about this place. Unless I experience it in the future, I have nothing bad to say. Only thing I can say is everybody has their bad days. Everybody we're human ???”

She’s always in a great mood and smiling, happy to see you! AND she’s one of the only people that can take my blood on the first try with no issue and no pain. Thank you Denise for always making my appointments so wonderful!!”
“Once again, "Quest" went about and beyond. As usually (I made an appointment) so there was basically no wait time. The place was very clean and the phlebotomist that took care of me was caring, knowledgeable and friendly (but not too friendly to make it weird). Overall great experience!!! All the phlebotomists there are wonderful!!!”

“I was seen here Monday June 24th 2024 at approximately 8am, the lady who took my blood was really nice and normally I am left with a black n blue arm. No pain and no black and blues. Thank you for making it painless. I think if people scheduled online or knew that they could schedule online that would change the overall atmosphere.. because let’s be honest nobody wants to get blood work, we just want to get in and out as quick as possible.”
“When having an account, check-in is easy and the wait is minimal. This particular male I had was excellent, the best I had as far as not feeling barley anything when he stuck the needle in. Most are not half as good but tolerable”

“I have been going to the Quest Diagnostics location at 264 Center Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. All the staff has been fantastic. However, there is a staff member there who truly stands out and does an exemplary job. She is known to me at “Tracy #2, Room 5.” Tracy is kind, compassionate and a true professional at her job. She is always thorough and ensures my time sensitive lab specimens are collected, processed and submitted perfectly every time. And did I mention she is king, compassionate and a true professional? She makes an uncomfortable situation pleasant. Thank you “Tracy #2” for all you do for me and all your other patients.”

“I didn’t take him for 2 weeks fearing it would be a disaster our friend referred us here.Absolutely the best experience you could have getting a 1 years old blood drawn. We went in, waited 30 seconds and got called back. The flembotimist drew his blood within 20 seconds. He cried forsure but it was much less than even vaccines.”
“The only place that is open until a reasonable hour. 5/6PM close is so generous compared to the other sites. I just wish I didn't always have to go this far to get to a QD place that is open when I am fully awake.”

I waited for maybe 5 minutes before they took me back as a walk in. The phlebotomist was extremely professional, skilled, and pleasant. The collection process only took maybe another 5 minutes.
My visit was easy, fast, and problem free. What more could I ask for?”
“I was confused as to why I was called last among 4 patients. The person who check in third was called first, the person who checked in fourth was called second, the person who checked in second was called third. I checked in first but was called fourth.”

“Walked in this morning around 7:45 AM without an appointment. Only waited about 20 to 25 minutes before getting seen. The phlebotomist who took my blood was very kind and patient while I talked the entire time since I don’t do wellwith blood work. I was out before 8:30 AM. Quick and efficient!”
“I am a "tough stick" .... I don't do well with needles and my veins are not always cooperative. The phlebotomist (unfortunately, I don't remember her name) was very patient, understanding and calming and offered to use a small needle. I barely felt the stick. Her distracting methods worked very well! Usually when I get blood draws, Samantha does them and is great. The girl that did me on Friday was also very good.”
“When you make an appointment online or call ahead, once you check in at the kiosk and put in your code/ID/Insurance the process is fast. I got called quickly. Friendly/professional staff.”

I'm thankful that we get her when we go. I wish you can schedule an appointment, since we can't I just keep my fingers crossed that she calls our name.”
