“Knowledgeable and helpful staff. My sales rep Bonnett made switching over to Verizon Wireless seamless by providing tailored, professional, and efficient service, as well as patiently resolving any technical issues along the way. He thoroughly answered all my questions and found the best plan for my needs. He also helped walk me through bundling options, which was helpful since I didn’t know I could manage my YouTube Premium account through Verizon. I also appreciated his follow-up the next day to help me with merging my Fios and Wireless accounts. The in-store experience I had with Bonnett makes me glad I switched back to Verizon Wireless, and now I’m enjoying a new phone with better coverage.”

“Dwayne Brice is an incredible representative of Spectrum on Transit near Maple Road. He is respectful, sincere, kind, truly concerned about the issue at hand, knowledgeable, and overall a gem to the industry. Ask for him the next time you go to this location as you will never be disappointed. Great job, Spectrum, for hiring such a genuine and well adept gentleman at your establishment. He deserves a raise because he is above and beyond the rest when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.”
